Afterall, this will hopefully be our next national flag & should thus be treated as such, in line with how our current national flag can be used.

Finally, if you plan on flying the Progress & Unity Flag alongside the current Australian National Flag (‘ANF’), then please ensure it is flown
as if it were any other flag on Australian soil (see Part 2 of the Australian National Flag Booklet for guidance), i.e. 2nd to the current ANF,
until such time that the design becomes our next national flag & then hence would take precedence.
